Liberated Leaders is a leader development organisation based in Sydney, Australia, delivering breakthrough training for all manner of leaders – from ambitious startup entrepreneurs to Senior Managers and CEOs.

Paula Drayton and Tony Carew, the couple behind Liberated Leaders, are exceptionally clever at preparing leaders to ‘upskill and reinvent themselves and their leadership style, so they can navigate uncertain and complex operating environments’.

Huddle Up works closely with the Liberated Leaders marketing and management team, Chloe Drayton and Samantha Nagle, to support their ideas for thoughtful enhancement of the customer experience using automation.

When we first began working together in 2019, we helped the Liberated Leaders team strategise a customer journey that was based on the needs of their ideal clients.

 

02 SUMMARY OF PROJECTS

STRATEGY WORKSHOPS & AUTOMATION

Liberated Leaders engaged in our Strategy Workshops to first explore the needs of their ideal clients, then design the workflow (or user experience) for their Accelerator events, which included new leads and signups, webinars, event registrations and post event nurture campaigns.

What we love about the Liberated Leaders team is their desire to consistently deliver the best. Their team is very strategic about what they include in an automated system, and what they refuse to include. The goal is always to use automation elegantly in a way that supports, and never detracts from, their premium brand.

Ongoing Support

As one of our retainer clients, our relationship with Liberated Leaders is close and ongoing. We greatly enjoy being their technical ‘go to’ on how to best bring their ideas to life.

Working with Huddle Up has been a brilliant experience, taking what felt ‘overwhelming’ and making it easy through a step by step process.

The Customer Profiling stage was critical to us, being able to ‘write to’ our target in a creative and appropriate way. The way Melinda extracted what was in our heads and translated that into something simple, ready for online copy, was great.

This then supported all of our messaging across the entire marketing ecosystem including Landing Pages, Google, and Facebook. Our team feels both relieved and excited about what’s coming next!
