02 SUMMARY OF PROJECTS
Since 2019, various strategy workshops have been conducted with the Home Integrity leadership team. This has included Customer Empathy Mapping, Value Ascension Ladder Workshop, Customer Journey Automation Workshop and ongoing Strategy Sessions.
Working with the Home Integrity team is a reminder for us all that, when you have laser focus on the needs of your customer, and consistently strive as a company to deliver industry-leading service, marketing opportunities abound.
In 2020, Home Integrity Strata won the SCAWA Strata Services Business Award WA. The award was just as much a win for Huddle Up! We worked tirelessly with Home Integrity’s Managing Director, General Manager, Marketing Manager and Operations Manager to draw together and compile the content required in the award submission. Our external perspective gave us an advantage to tell the story of the company in a way that truly conveyed their strengths.
Home Integrity loves the predictability and scalability of excellent systems, and their CRM and marketing automation system has been a critical part of their growth story. Huddle Up Creative has put communication on autopilot for Home Integrity wherever possible, freeing up their support team to interface with clients knowing that the system has the official communication covered.
Lead Generation System
Currently in development is a marketing funnel that converts cold Facebook and Google traffic into warm and educated leads, by passing users through a sophisticated system of adverts, landing pages, sales pages and pre-set email sequences that communicate to leads, prospects and customers on autopilot. This project has pushed Huddle Up to deploy our marketing prowess across nearly every area we specialise in, including strategy, funnel design, marketing automation, copywriting, compelling graphics and script writing. We continue to evolve this strategy for Home Integrity.
We continue to assist Home Integrity in implementation of special projects, with a particular focus on marketing funnels. We are proud to be a trusted partner in their ongoing success.
