The Corporate Sherpas, Kanwar and Sarab, are a dynamite duo delivering wisdom for WA’s most promising leaders. Our team has seen first-hand how they masterfully facilitate deep learning on how to evolve as a leader, which can have a dramatic effect on careers, relationships and businesses.
The Sherpas’ work brings out the best in a variety of organisations, large and small; including BHP, Stantec Engineering, The Como Hotel, WA Blue Sky, Autism WA and even our team here at Huddle Up Creative.
While we were initially intimidated by the brilliance of Kanwar and Sarab (who hail from the London School of Business and Harvard University), their style could never leave us intimidated for very long. They have a knack of drawing out the best in every person they meet – and quickly had us delivering immense value to their marketing strategy.
02 SUMMARY OF PROJECTS
The Corporate Sherpas had the tables turned on them when we led them through our strategy workshops (including the One Page Business Plan, Customer Empathy Map, Value Ascension Ladder, Branding Workshop and ongoing Strategy Workshops).
We thoroughly enjoyed working with such brilliant and creative minds. Their mission, which they call a seva (selfless service for the welfare of all), is at the heart of all they do. For us, this turned a corporate strategy discussion into a touching endeavour for all of humanity.
The findings of our workshops were key in rebranding the Corporate Sherpas in 2021. Their brand is now rich in meaning and visual storytelling. The branding was extended across a number of mediums including brochures, business cards, email signatures, website, social graphics, powerpoint slides and more. (Note that the brand is due for an official launch in mid May 2021).
As part of our execution of the new brand, we are currently launching a new website – a multipage, user-focused WordPress site with stunning graphics and compelling copywriting.
We’ve collaborated with the Corporate Sherpas to coach and guide them to write compelling copy for their online presence.
We are currently working to implement a customer relationship management and automation system using ActiveCampaign, which will allow Corporate Sherpas to manage and nurture their relationships with customers. Stage 2 will be to drive greater efficiencies in event communications so they can focus on more important tasks.
As one of our retainer clients, our relationship is close and ongoing. We truly feel we are an extension of their team and we deeply care about their success.
Whilst we are humbled by our success, we knew that the next chapter of our growth would require new vision, vigour, innovation and strategy. This is why we began working with Huddle Up Creative.
In our first meeting with Huddle’s founder, Melinda, she shared insights that resulted in us launching a new service fast. This resulted in over $20,000 of new revenue – not bad for a one-hour meeting brainstorming over wine. This initiative has now become a core part of our offer that has increased the number of people we can work with ten fold.
The strategic workshops offered by Huddle Up are first class. They helped us become exceptionally clear on our market, our unique selling proposition, and how our brand identity needed to evolve to make our business more scalable. They also helped develop an inspiring vision, mission and values statement, which are now expertly crafted expressions of who we are.
Our new logo and brand looks like it would fit between Harvard Business Review and Deloitte’s visual energy. It inspires excitement whilst communicating professionalism, excellence with a hint of the unexpected – the exact energy we wish to be known for.
Our brand launch (held in May 2021) was a magical event of 100 industry thought leaders who gathered to celebrate with us. Huddle developed new resources in rapid time to ensure a seamless experience, and worked nights and weekends to pull off a launch that we can only describe as the most innovative event we’ve ever attended. We could not be more proud of how our shared vision transpired.
